IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: Our Oyster Mushroom KIT is currently out of stock and won’t be available until April as the warm summer months are not ideal for growing conditions.

This mushroom kit has been made fresh & contains a special sterile substrate formulation based on corn husks and living oyster mushroom mycelium (the white whispy cobweb material in the bag).

There are many varieties and colours of oyster mushrooms throughout the world. The scientific name is Pleurotus.

The variety we will be growing has been sourced from France and is Pleurotus Soppopo an almost sporeless variety of oyster mushroom which is very safe to grow.

This variety of oyster mushrooms has a great keeping quality, texture, look and taste.
